And everything I've pointed out is actually kind of subtle unless you really involve yourself in the fandom, because it's all in prompts and author notes and what types of stories are being written, like someone who's writing Jack as if he's the age he appears doesn't tend to write him having sex while someone writing him as having sex don't tend to treat him as if he's a kid.
I actually started out in the Western Animation group because of Gargoyles, then wandered into MSF on accident because of Star Wars before discovering Anime, and I've wandered between the three areas ever since.
And it is kind of weird! North's actually pretty good-looking for an older gentleman. I think the cognitive-dissonance might be in pairing him with Jack, because people read it as a parental relationship first and unless you're into Daddy!kink, it can throw you off. That doesn't mean slash of the two doesn't exist, just that it's barely there compared to Jack/Pitch and Jack/Bunnymund.
